3. Client Responsibilities

4. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due as per the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the service contract. Invoices will be issued monthly, and payment is expected within 30 days of the invoice date.
4.1 Late Payments
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge on the outstanding balance or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.

5. Liability and Indemnification
The Service Provider is committed to handling all waste with care and in compliance with applicable laws. However, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the Client’s failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
6.1 Immediate Termination
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Client breaches any of the Terms and Conditions or engages in illegal activities.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the service agreement. This obligation remains effective even after the termination of the agreement.
8. Compliance with Laws
The Service Provider and the Client agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing waste removal and disposal. This includes adherence to environmental protection standards and obtaining necessary permits.
9. Force Majeure
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, or governmental actions.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be achieved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in Temple.
11. Amendments
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
